Over the Easter bank holiday Ital Transport (UK) again took part in the Ribble Valley Truck Run. This years truck run was raising funds to support two charities (4×4 Community Response and The foundation for Ribble Valley Families).

Work started early on Good Friday polishing the trucks and giving them a deep clean. Simon our MD did a sterling effort from Friday evening to Sunday morning detailing the 2 x DAF units and 4 x 26t Rigids that we were entering this year.

Sunday morning came and the sun was shining down on us. After leaving the yard in convoy we made our way up to the start of the truck run at Gisburn Auction. Throughout the morning more and more trucks arrived with well over 230 taking part!!

13:00 came and it was time to depart. Thousands of people were lining the streets and bridges over the A59 cheering and waving as the spectacular convoy of trucks went past. All in all a fantastic day! Big shout out to our company drivers who took part and showed the fleet with such pride!
